We invite you to attend one of two upcoming community meetings to discuss Amazon’s plans for the approximately 128-acre property on the west side of Hiatus Road between NW 44th St. and NW 50th St. We are preparing site plans for submission to the City of Sunrise for preliminary review.
As part of this process, we are hosting a series of community meetings to gather your feedback. Since acquiring the site in 2021, Amazon has been developing a new design that minimizes impact on surrounding neighborhoods. We have also incorporated many insights from the valuable feedback received during our 2021 meetings.
Your input is important to us, and we look forward to your participation as we walk you through the updated site plan. Our team, along with our developer, Foundry Commercial, will be present at each meeting to share the plans and address your questions.
